1. Who We Are
Fourmen Investments (“Fourmen”, “we”, “us”) is a principal investment and development platform headquartered in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal data when you visit this website or correspond with us, and the rights you hold over that data.
For the purposes of this website, Fourmen Investments is the data controller. Questions about this policy or about your personal data can be sent to info@fourmen.com.
2. The Law This Policy Follows
We process personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (issued by Royal Decree No. M/19 and as amended, the “PDPL”) and its Implementing Regulations, under the supervision of the Saudi Data & Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA). Where we operate in other jurisdictions, we also respect the data protection laws that apply there.
3. The Personal Data We Collect
This is a corporate information website. We collect only what you choose to give us and the minimum generated by serving the site:
- Correspondence you send us. When you email one of the addresses published on this site or use a form on it, we receive your name, email address, organization, the nature of your inquiry, and whatever you include in your message.
- What accompanies a form. When a form is sent we also record the network address (IP) it came from, the browser identification your device sends with the request, the page the form was on, the language you were reading, and the time. We use these to answer and route your message, to tell one sender from another, and to keep the form usable by turning away automated and repeated submissions. Each form on this site can be set to record a shortened address, which identifies a network rather than a device, or to record none of this at all.
- Submissions we decline. Where our protections turn a submission away, we keep the same record of it, along with what was typed and the reason it was declined, so that a message from a real person declined in error can be found and answered rather than lost in silence. These records are kept for a shorter period than the messages we accept.
- Technical data. Our web servers keep standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps) used solely to operate and secure the site.
We do not knowingly collect data from children, and this site is not directed at them. We do not collect sensitive personal data through this site, and we ask that you do not send it to us.
4. How We Use It
We use personal data to respond to your inquiries, evaluate partnership and career interest you express to us, operate and secure the website, and meet legal obligations that apply to us. Each use rests on a basis the PDPL recognizes: your consent, the legitimate interests of Fourmen conducted without prejudice to your rights, or compliance with law. We do not use your data for marketing without your consent, and we do not sell it to anyone.
5. Cookies and Analytics
This site uses cookies. Other than those strictly necessary for it to work as you have asked, we do not place anything on your device, and do not permit anything to be read from it, unless you have consented.
Strictly necessary. A first-party cookie records the cookie choice you make, so that you are not asked again on every page. A first-party cookie records your language, and is written only if you use the language switch. Where a form is set to remember, a first-party cookie records that this browser has sent it and holds nothing but the time it was sent, so that we can show you your confirmation rather than an empty form; where a form is not set to remember, no such cookie is written at all. None of these identifies you, none is read by any party other than this site, and each is used only for the purpose described here.
Analytics, with your consent. Where you consent, we use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand in aggregate how this site is used: which pages are read, from which countries, and on what kind of device. It places first-party cookies, at present named _ga and _ga_ followed by a property identifier, which distinguish one browser from another for a period of up to approximately thirteen months, and it transmits to Google information that includes your IP address, the page you are viewing and your browser type. Google acts as our service provider for this purpose and also processes such data on its own account under its own terms; that processing is governed by Google's privacy policy and is not within our control. This may involve processing on infrastructure located outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as described in clause 7. If you do not consent, we do not load it.
Maps. Our contact page can display a map provided by Google. It is not loaded until you choose to load it. If you choose to load it, your browser connects to Google, which may place its own cookies and process data under its privacy policy.
Your control. You may change or withdraw your choice at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page. Withdrawal takes effect from the moment you make it and does not affect processing already carried out on the basis of your earlier consent. On withdrawal we cease loading the measurement and remove the cookies it placed so far as they remain within this site's control; cookies stored by a third party may also be removed through your browser's own settings.
This describes the cookies in use at the date shown at the top of this page. If we introduce a further purpose, or any cookie that is not strictly necessary, we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, seek your consent before it is used.
6. Who We Share It With
We share personal data only with service providers who help us run this website and our correspondence, such as hosting and email providers, under obligations of confidentiality and only to the extent needed for their work, and with public authorities where disclosure is required by law. We do not disclose personal data to any other party without a lawful basis.
7. Transfers Outside Saudi Arabia
Our website and email infrastructure may involve service providers whose servers are located outside the Kingdom. Where personal data is transferred outside Saudi Arabia, we do so in accordance with the conditions of the PDPL and its regulations on cross-border transfer, limiting the transfer to what its purpose requires and holding providers to safeguards no weaker than those this policy describes.
8. How Long We Keep It
We keep personal data only as long as the purpose it was collected for requires, after which it is deleted or anonymized, unless a legal obligation requires a longer period.
For what this website itself holds, the periods are enforced automatically rather than by hand: a message sent through a form, together with the sender details recorded beside it, is deleted 180 days after it arrives; a submission our protections declined, and the record accompanying it, is deleted after 30 days. Correspondence that becomes part of an active inquiry or relationship is kept in our own systems for as long as that relationship requires. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security purposes and then discarded.
9. How We Protect It
We apply organizational and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the data we hold, including encrypted connections to this site, access limited to those who need it, and infrastructure maintained to current security standards. No transmission over the internet is entirely without risk, but we treat the protection of your data as part of the standard we hold ourselves to everywhere else.
10. Your Rights
Under the PDPL you have the right to:
- Be informed of how your personal data is collected and used;
- Access the personal data we hold about you and request a copy of it;
- Request correction of data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- Request destruction of data that is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for;
- Withdraw consent you have previously given, without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.
To exercise any of these rights, write to info@fourmen.com. We will verify your identity and respond within the periods the law prescribes. If you believe we have not handled your data as the law requires, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent authority in the Kingdom.
11. Links to Other Sites
This site links to external publications and third-party websites, including the media coverage on our News page. Those sites operate under their own privacy policies, which we do not control and this policy does not cover.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this policy as our activities or the law change. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision, and material changes will be noted on this page. Continued use of the site after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy to the extent the law permits.
